Description

This synopsis is issued to amend original synopsis, Submission No. 5084H2, dated December 8, 2000 and printed on December 12, 2000. The government is converting the custodial requirement from a 100% small business set-aside to a 100% small business hubzone set-aside. Contractor shall furnish all personnel, management, transportation, material and equipment, except as provided by the Government, to perform custodial services post wide at Aberdeen Proving Ground, Maryland. All work shall be done in accordance with the Government's statement of work. The Government anticipates awarding a contract for a base year and four option periods with three additional incentive option periods the contractor can earn. The base period and any option periods awarded will not exceed eight years. The closing date for receipt of proposals is estimated. This solicitation will be posted to the following website on or about 30 Jun 2001: https://abop.monmouth.army.mil. No paper package is or will be made available. The package will not be made available from any other source than the website provided above.
