Description

Remove existing built-up roof on building 9230, PX Shopping Complex, Ft. Benning, Georgia, and replace with a new built-up roof in accordance with the plans and specifications. Scope of work includes roof insulation, 4-ply roof system, penetration flashing, roof equipment curbs and wood blocking. Estimated magnitude is between $500,000.00 and $1,000,000.00. Firm Fixed-Price type contract. Unrestricted. Subject to availability of funds. Performance period is 150 days. NAICS code is 23561. Solicitation will be available on the Ft.
