This is an update to the previous announcement issued 25 June 2001. As expressed in the previous announcement the TDP is rated distribution D it contains information designated as "Military Critical Technical Data". Offerors must register in the Department of Defense, United States/Canada Joint Certification Office data base. NOTE: 1 and 8 applies.
