Description

ELECTROX SCRIBA, 90-WATT YAG LASER MARKING AND ETCHING SYSTEM. THIS IS A SOLE SOURCE REQUIREMENT OF A PREVIOUSLY LEASED EQUIPMENT. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared IAW the formatin FR 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. this announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. The following clauses are applicable to subject solicitation: FAR 52.212-1(Instruction to offerors); 52.212-2(Evaluation-commercial items); 52.212-3(Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items); 52.212-4(Cotract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items); 52.212-5(Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statues of Executive Orders-Commercial Items). In accordance with clause 52.212-2, the evaluation factors shall be based on: price and price related factors. Quotations should be faxed to 478-926-3569 or e-mail to joseph.candelaria@robins.af.mil. The anticipated award date is 9 jUL 200.Note: All offerors must be registered in the Central Contracting Registration program(CCR)_prior to consideration for award of any DOD contract/purchase order.
