Description

Background "Provide, install and test a Storage Aids System for the Arkansas Air National Guard at Little Rock AFB AR. The system is comprised of two free-standing mezzanine systems, bin and wide-span shelving, cantilever and bar stock rack, mobility containers and a vertical carousel. The project also includes training of government personnel on the operation and maintenance of the equipment. Plaisted has been appointed as Ombudsman to hear concerns from offerors, or potential offerors, during the proposal development. The purpose of the Ombudsman is to communicate contractor concerns, issues, disagreements and recommendations to the appropriate government personnel. Existence of an Ombudsman does not diminish the authority of the program director or contracting officer.
