It is essential that above be compatible with existing equipment. Responses received with in 15 days after this publication will be fully considered if they contain clear and convincing documentation as proof of being more advantageous to the Government. This synopsis of intent to award a contract shall not be considered a solicilation document; therefore, no contract award will be made on the basis of any response to this notice.
