Description

Demolition of buildings 129, 525, Tower A Ramp, 223, and 225 at Grand Forks AFB, ND. Contractor to provide all services and materials necessary to demolish above building and supporting parking lots and utilities, backfill and compaction of excavations and all other work as specified in technical provisions and drawings for JFSD 97-0163, 98-0115, 98 0070, and 20-0169. Magnitude of this project is between $500,000 to $1,000,000.00. This acquisition is set-aside for HUBZONE concerns in accordance with FAR 19.1305. Period of performance will be 75 calendar days. All contractors MUST certify by stating that they are registered in the Central Contractor Registration database or their proposal will not be considered for award.
