Description

Provide all material, plant, labor, equipment and perform all operations required for miscellaneous mechanical repairs, buildings 3240, 3245, 3305, and 3405, Fort Benning, Georgia. The work shall consist of, but not limited to, replacing all air handlers, sleeping bay duck-work, make-up air unit piping and make-up air units. Period of performance is 150 calendar days per building. The Government anticipates a Firm Fixed Price Contract. This procurement is unrestricted and is issued "Subject to the Availability of Funds." The estimated magnitude of this project is between $1,000,000.00 to $5,000,000.00. Solicitation packages will be available on about 8 August 2001. The solicitation will be available for down loading from Fort Benning's Web Site, www.benning.army.mil; no paper copies will be provided. All responsible bidders may submit a bid which will be considered by this agency.
