Description

This solicitation is for a Requirements contract. The project consists of renovating both bathrooms in each of 102 units. The renovation includes removal and installation of wall and floor tile, gypsum board, flooring, bathroom fixtures, cabinets, fans, and associated mechanical and electrical systems. The project is located in the R-41 type units in Black Hills Estates, Ellsworth AFB, SD. The Magnitude of this project is between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00 for the total contract. The NAICS Code is 23322 and the SIC Code is 1522. The performance period for this project is three (3) years. This is an unrestricted acquisition. The solicitation for this project will be published electronically on the World Wide Web. Projected issue date is 1 July 2001. Paper copies will not be provided. This project is currently unfunded and will only be awarded if funds do become available.
