Description
The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service intends to negotiate a contract for planning and grinding of intact runway and taxi-way asphalt surfaces located at the Ninigret National Wildlife Refuge, Charlestown, Rhode Island. This material will be relocated to another site within the refuge for recycling. Negotiations will be held with Garrity Asphalt Reclaiming of East Granby, CT, under the authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1. A Fixed Price contract is contemplated. No solicitation is available, however, interested firms may submit a written statement of their capabilities to perform this project to the address above no later than July 10, 2001.
