Description

PROTECTED DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM -- McConnell AFB KS intends to award a purchase order for the installation of a protected distribution system.**In accordance with AFMAN 33-221, paragraph A6.4.2.1.2, McConnell AFB will only award to responsible bidders quoting on "alarm systems on the Approved Alarm Systems for Protected Distribution Systems".** This listing contains those alarms that have been evaluated, tested, and meet requirements listed in AFMAN 33-221. This aquisition will not be delayed in order to allow time for system evaluation. There are currently approved systems listed. Contractors wishing to schedule an evaluation of their system should contact Dwight Bohl at dwight.bohl@afca.scott.af.smil.mil.
