Description

The MEDCOM Contracting Center is proposing to award a sole source requirement to enter into an Affiliation Agreement with Baylor University to train three (3)Army soldiers in the Doctor of Science in Physical Therapy Program for the US Military Academy Sports Medicine Physical Therapy Residency, and the US Army Orthopaedic Physical Therapy Residency at Brooke Army Medical Center. This is a notice of intent, therefore requests for quotes are not being solicited. See Note 22.
