Description

The St. Cloud VA Medical Center wants to lease 7460 rentable square feet of office and related medical space to yield 5000 occupiable square feet, available for use by the Tenant for personnel, furnishings and equipment. The area of consideration includes the cities of Montevideo, MN and Willmar, MN and has the boundries of North of MN State Hwy 7, East of Co Rd 42 and US Hwy 59, South of US Hwy 12, and West of MN State Hwy 23. The space will require 20 parking spaces with 4 of those being handicapped spaces. The lease will be a fixed-price lease that includes all utilities and janitorial services for an all inclusive fixed price. The lease term will be for a maximum of 10 years. Occupancy is required immediately after the offeror can make the space available to the VA, but no later than 130 days after award of contract.
