Description

The work consists of road realignments, mechanically stabilized earth wall embankment, special drainage structure installation and road decommissioning. This solicitation includes an option that allows for increased quantities not to exceed fifty percent (50%) of the total contract price. Project site is located in Coos County, Coos Bay District, Oregon. Estimated Issue Date: July 16, 2001. Project price range is between $100,000 and $250,000. Estimated start work is August 6, 2002 and performance time is 365 calendar days. Bonds are required -- Bid Bond: 20%; Performance Bond: 100%; and Payment Bond: 100%.
