- Description
- The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) has a requirement for the acquisition of the Talisman Data Logger and the Harbinger GPS Data Logger manufactured by Orion Electronics, Inc. of Windsor, Canada. A sole source modification, pursuant to 41 U.S.C. 253(c)(1), and FAR 6.302-1, to DEA contract DEA-2000-C-0008 with Orion Electronics, Inc. is anticipated. -- See Note 22.
