VISN 3 has a consolidated requirement to furnish all labor, materials, parts, etc. to perform full service and preventative maintenance inspections on AMSCO and STERIS sterilizers located at the Hudson Valley Health Care System, Montrose Campus, Route 9A, Montrose, NY 10548 and Castle Point Campus, Route 9D, Castle Point, NY 12511. Period of performance is from October 1, 2001 through September 30, 2002 with four (1) year options to renew. NAICS is 811219. Size standard $5.0.
