Description

Provide management, personnel and any other items and services necessary to perform vertical lift device (elevators, escalators, dumbwaiters and wheel chair lifts) maintenance, inspection services and repair for the following Buildings: Building 2001, Main Post Chapel; Building 2007, Initial Brigade Headquarters; Building 2012, Public Works; Building 2013, DPCA; Building 2015, Contracting, COE & CPO; Building 2025B, Tactical Support Center; Building 2111, Guest House; Building 3087, Flight Simulator; Building 4290, Fifth Army West Headquarters; Building 6242, Stone Education Center; Building 9113, Intelligence Operations Facility; Building 9630, Supply and Services Warehouse. Contract period consists of Base Period (1 Oct 01 through 30 Sep 02) and four one-year option periods. The proposed procurement listed here is being issued as unrestricted.
