Description

This effort is for contractor operated depot level diagnosis; repair and return of AMCOM managed assemblies and subassemblies of the PATRIOT Weapon System, deployed by the Governments of Israel and Kuwait. The RFP will be issued to the Raytheon Company. This acquisition will be chargeable to FMS Cases: IS-B-YNA and KU-B-UJO. The anticipated contract type will be Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee. This proposed action is for additional FY01 man-hours to be added to FMS repair and return contract DAAH01-99-C-0091. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release of solicitation, however, solicitation will not close prior to the closing date stated above. This contract is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source. Suggest that small business firms or others interested in subcontracting opportunities in connection with this procurement, makes contact with the above listed firm. Foreign Firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies. A technical data package, which defines all engineering and quality requirements, is not available.
