Description

Synopsis: The GLAC (Great Lakes Acquisition Center) is soliciting quotations to provide VAMC Tomah, Wisconsin with Mammography Services for their veteran beneficiaries. This service is to include the Technical and Professional components with Radiologist interpretations and reports. Electronic version and hard copy of solicitation will be available on or about July 06, 2001. This solicitation is issued under the authority of Public Law 104-262 and 38 USC 8153. This procurement is being conducted under the Subpart 13.5 test program where simplified acquisition procedures apply and the conduct of the procurement will be in accordance with Parts 12, 13, or 15 of the FAR or some combination thereof. The NAICS number is 621512. . Contract type is firm-fixed price. Period of performance is base year, plus four (4), one-year renewable options, at the option of the Government. Contract award is subject to availability of funds. Anticipated award date is August 24, 2001.
