Description

The USDA -- Forest Service, San Bernardino National Forest intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Mark McKeown under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, a firm fixed price service contract. Mr. McKeown has been consulting with the Forest Service for the Inland Feeder project for the past five years and is the only known source with the knowledge, experience, expertise, and collaboration skills to assist the Forest Service to facilitate coordination with the Metropolitan Water District and the San Manuel Band of Mission Indians. This notice is neither a request for proposal nor a solicitation for offers.
