Description

The Simplified Acquisitions Service of the Department of Justice is hereby seeking sources to provide copiers that are compliant with Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, 1998 Amendments, Accessibility Standard 1194.25, Self Contained, Closed Products. Interest in both analog and digital (non networked) copiers that include the following features as a minimum: 50-60 copies per minute; automatic document feeder, automatic paper selection; duplexing; 20 bin sorter/stapler (digital: offset finisher); and 2000 sheet capacity. Vendors are requested to submit product information to include price where possible, via mail, email (Michele.B.Spencer@usdoj.gov) or fax (202-307-1931). This announcement is for determining the availability of products/services that comply with the Electronic and Information Technology Accessibility Standards (36 CFR 1194).
