Description

The Western Area Power Administration has a requirement for a contractor to provide all labor, materials, equipment, and transportation necessary to construct two reinforced concrete auger type foundations, approximately 48 cubic yards, with anchor bolts being Government-furnished, on the New Underwood-Rapid City No. 2 115-kV Transmission Line located in Pennington County, South Dakota. The North American Industry Classification System code for this project is 23571; therefore, this solicitation will be issued as 100% set aside for small business concerns. The issue date will be on or about July 13, 2001. All responsible small business concerns may submit a quote which shall be considered by this Agency. Estimated construction magnitude is between $25,000 and $100,000. All work shall be completed within thirty (30)calendar days after receipt of a notice to proceed. All requests for the solicitation must be in writing and may be mailed to the address above or faxed to (605)353-9213. NOTE: A limited number of copies of the solicitation will be available to those requesting on a first-come first serve basis.
