Description

The National Park Service, Golden Gate National Recreation Area, San Francisco, Ca on behalf of the San Francisco Maritime National Historical Park is soliciting proposals from qualified business organizations to enter into a firm fixed price contract to make repairs to the Aquatic Park bleachers and driveways. Work will include the removal of spalled concrete; repair of existing concrete bleachers and driveways with patch mortar or concrete; repair of joints, cracks, and voids on horizontal slabs and vertical risers; preparation of surfaces for broadcast overlay including priming with epoxy resin; broadcast overlay an aggregate to match existing surfaces; and application of reinforcing steeel corrosion inhibitor to existing concrete. The successful contractor or subcontractor shall have at least three (3) years experience in performing concrete repair work of a similar nature as shown on the plans and in the specifications, including repairs to concrete structures in a marine environment; and shall be a qualified and certified contractor of the manufacturer and has completed a program of instruction in the use of the various concrete repair and strengthening products specified within the solicitation. The constructin cost range is $100,000 to $250,000. Award of this contract is subject to budgetary constraints. The government reserves the right to award all line items or any number of line items less than the total.
