1680-01-073-2189, Main Connector Valve, Parker Hannifin Corp. P/N 3833062-1. Approved source: Parker Hannifin Corp. Other than full and open competition. Intent to award against existing BOA with Parker Hannifin. Critical Application Item. Any mfr other than Parker Hannifin must submit a complete Source Approval Request package for evaluation in order to be considered for award (see FAR 52.217-9002 and 52.217-9G04). No drawings or sample parts available. Origin inspection required. FOB is origin; ship 44 ea to Stockton, CA and 91 ea to Hill AFB, UT. Total requested quantity is 135 each. A Letter solicitation will be issued to Parker Hannifin Corp (will not be on Procurement Gateway). Solicitation issue date will be 31 July 2001 with a due date of 31 Aug 2001. Numbered Note 26 applies. If any mfr other than Parker Hannifin wishes to submit a bid and SAR package, the Contracting Officer will accept requests for a complete solicitation through facsimile.
