Description

This requirement is for asbestos and lead sample analytical services. The contractor is responsible to provide all labor, materials, facilities and equipment required to perform this service. Data generated by the contracting laboratory will be used to make regulatory and programmatic decisions. Date must be scientifically valid and legally defendable. The proposed contract will be a firm fixed price delivery order type for a base year, 1 Oct 2001-30 Sep 2002, and four option years. The Request for Quotations (RFQ) will be issued on or about 16 July 2001 with a closing date on or about 15 August 2001. This procurement is a HUBZONE SET ASIDE. This procurement falls under the Services Contract Act. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) Code for the acquisition is 8734, the North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code is 541380. The Small Business Size Standard is $5.0 Mil annual receipts.
