Master Cylinder Assembly. Per Army drawing (19207) 12368254 and all related data. NSN 2530-00-753-9267. Delivery schedule: 120 days. Various increments solicited: 500 to 843, 844 to 1685, 1686 to 2529, 2530 and up. All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote which shall be considered. See Numbered Notes: 12 and 26. This solicitation is an RFP or IFB and will be available on the Internet at http://dibbs.dscccols.com/Rfp on its issue date of 24 July 2001. Hard copies of this solicitation are not available. Drawings are posted with the solicitation on the DSCC solicitation web-site. If the drawings are not posted with the solicitation, see Clause L07 -- Availability of Drawings for information on how to obtain the drawings. FEDERAL, MILITARY AND COMMERCIAL SPECIFICATIONS CANNOT BE PROVIDED BY DSCC. The proposed procurement contains an option to extend the contract period one or more times at the discretion of the government. The total duration (base plus option years) shall not exceed 4 years. This is an unrestricted acquisition. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
