Description

The Bureau of the Public Debt will issue a commercial item solicitation to acquire, on a labor-hour basis, telecommunications cable installation services, for a base period of one year, plus four one-year option periods. Service is required at Public Debt offices in Parkersburg, WV. The Government will provide all materials; this solicitation is for labor only.
