Description

The National Institute on Alcohol Abuse and Alcoholism intends to negotiate a two year contract with the University of Connecticut Health Center (UCHC) for a project entitled "Support for Project MATCH Website and Data Dissemination." The proposed contract will continue ongoing maintenance of the Project MATCH Website. Maintenance of the Project MATCH program requires detailed knowledge of individual scales used in Project MATCH, scoring procedures, rules for missing and out of bounds data, detailed knowledge of the Manual of Operations, scales for derived variables, and detailed statistical features for this complex data set. Authority: 41 U.S.C. 253(c)(1), as set forth in FAR 6.302-1. UCHC is the only responsible source possessing the specific data sets, computer programs, and analytic techniques related to the methods employed in this project.
