Description

This announcement serves as a notice of intent to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR Part 6.302-1. The government intends to negotiate and award to Water Education Foundation for supplies and services to provide educational material on Nevada's water issues. This material will be provided to the U. S. Dept of Interior, Bureau of Reclamation, Mid Pacific Region. This is a simplified acquisition with an estimated value of less than $100,000. This will be the only official notice prior to award of order. The anticipated award date is August 17, 2001. All inquiries must be addressedin writing to the Contracting Officer at U. S. Bureau of Reclamation, Attn: MP-3830, 2800 Cottage Way, Room E-1815, Sacramento, CA 95825-1898. Inquiries shall be received no later than August 10, 2001.
