Description

The Contractor shall provide the necessary labor, parts, and equipment to perform on-site elevator maintenance and repair services at the Social Security Administration office in Richmond, CA. This is a 7 story facility, with approximately 1,400 employees. There are a total of ten Haughton elevators to be maintained, eight (8) are passenger & two (2) freight elevators. The period of performance shall be for a 1-year base period with four 1-year options, if exercised. Solicitation SSA-RFP-02-0004 is expected to be posted on this website on or about July 24, 2001. This requirement is unrestricted.
