Description

The contractor shall provide all labor, material, equipment, transportation, mobilization, and demobilization for the construction of a sewage lift station containing 600 GSF generator room and control room and 520 GSF pump room. The USCG facility is located on government owned property at Kia?i Kai Hale Housing Phase II, Red Hill, Oahu, Hawaii. Building construction consists of reinforced concrete footings and substructure, structural floor slabs, and reinforced concrete masonry unit walls. The roof is gable-framed with asphalt shingle roofing. A new, 1,000 gallon, above ground fuel storage tank with concrete pad will be installed. Included are site work, utilities, mechanical, electrical, and telecommunications systems. Site work includes utility connections and services for water, sanitary, storm drainage, power, and telecommunications. New asphalt paving, concrete slabs, and landscaping will be installed. Estimated range is $500,000 to $1 million. Duration of the project is 11 months from contract award. NAICS Code 234910 applies to this procurement.
