Description

This project includes demolition of the interior of an existing residence, removal of doors, windows, and siding, construciton of interior walls, finishes, appliances, cabinetry, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, installation of a new metal roof, new windows and doors, and new siding; grading for accessibility and removal of an unused heating oil tank in the basement. This project is located in Gogebic County in Michigan's upper peninsula. The estimated price range is between $100,000 and $250,000.
