Description

F09609-01-R-0004-FGWB-00-0035A/B/C, Renovate Wing Headquarters, Dobbins Air Reserve Base, (Marietta) Georgia. Provide all plant, labor, tools, materials, equipment, transportation and supervision required to integrate and update facility infrastructure. Selective interior work to include electrical, lighting, tile and carpeting. Repairs to the HVAC system, upgrades to comply with ADA, Force Protection, and Fire detection, a new entrance way, vehicle parking and landscaping as identified in the specifications and drawings. The period of performance for the basic contract (CLIN 0001) is 300 calendar days to include material approval, acquisition, transportation and installation. Optional items CLINs 0002 and 0003 may be awarded subject to availability of funds and if awarded will include an additional 42 calendar day performance period for CLIN 0002 and 21 calendar day performance period for CLIN 0003. The contract will be firm-fixed price. The estimated magnitude of this project is between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00. NAICS Code is 233320 with a size standard of $17.0M. Solicitation F09609-01-R-0004 will be issued as a request for proposal (RFP)-Performance Price Trade-Off (PPT). This solicitation will be issued as full and open competition. There will be no pre-announcement of when the solicitation will be available on the internet. The solicitation will be available on the GSA Electronic Posting (EPS) system at: http://www.eps.gov on or about 25 July 2001 with proposals due on or about 27 August 2001. Paper copies will not be provided. When the solicitation is downloaded off the EPS system, it should be read completely as there are milestones that must be met to be considered responsive. Amendments to the solicitation will also be posted on the EPS without notice. This procurement is unrestricted in accordance with the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program.
