Description

The project consists of furnishing all materials and labor to build restrooms and locker rooms within the walls of an existing gynmasium. Work shall be accomplished IAW the Performance Work Statement and Engineering Drawings. This contract shall be a firm fixed price contract. The work shall be accomplished at DFAS, Dayton OH. All interested contractors are to visit the site at a pre-bid meeting to inspect the existing structure and to familiarize themselves with the proposed project scope. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 23310 with a small business size of $17 million. Magnitude of the Construction is $25,000 -- $100,000, The IFB will be issued latter part of July. Bidders must be registered in the CCR prior to award.
