Description

This project is a Request for Quotes to reroof and remodel an existing building on the Paonia Ranger District, Grand Mesa, Uncompahgre, Gunnison National Forest, Delta County, Colorado. The proposed project consists of reroofing an existing single story office building, remodeling the interior, adding air conditioning and changing the entrance modular. The proposed project is located at the Paonia District Office, North Rio Grande Avenue, Paonia, Colorado. The performance period for the proposed contract is 120 calendar days. The magnitude of the proposed contract is between $25,000 and $100,000. This will be a firm, fixed-price contract. The proposed contract is available under full and open competition.
