Description

This project consists of shaping existing parking lot and boat launch approach; applying MI22A base aggregate, bituminous concrete surface, and MI23A shoulder aggregate; topsoil, seed and mulch in designated areas. Construct lead-off drainage ditch and sediment basin. Painting of pavement markings at parking area. Install one concrete boat ramp plank as end protector for bituminous pavement. Applying riprap at designated areas. Project is located in Manistee County in Michigan's lower peninsula. Estimated Price Range is between $25,000 and $100,000. This project is set-aside for emerging small businesses only.
