Description

The Forest Service requires construction of a repository to accept high metals content waste rock from the Tarbox Mine, excavation and hauling of waste rock to the repository, construction of the repository cap, regrading of the waste rock dump, placement of the cover soil and topsoil, and seeding and fertilizing of all disturbed areas. The project is located on the Superior Ranger District, Lolo National Forest, Mineral County, Montana. Proposals are due August 20, 2001. The estimated start work date is October 1, 2001. The performance period is approximately 380 calendar days. The estimated price range is between $250,000 and $500,000. All responsible sources may submit an offer which will be considered.
