THIS IS A SYNOPSIS FOR THE PRESOLICITATION NOTICE ONLY. The solicitation packet is not available at this time. A sources sought notice will be issued as soon as possible with more information. The work consists of providing all labor and materials to perform renovation of existing 5,000 square foot food service area for the Metropolitan Correctional Center (MCC). Work consist of complete domolition of existing ceiling, floor, equipment, plumbing, walls, sewer lines and electric with reconstruction and installation of new sewer lines flooring, walls, doors utlities, ceiling and sprinkler lines. The project is not set-aside for small business. A subcontracting plan will be required for large businesses. There will be a non-refundable charge for the plans, when they are available. The project is estimated between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00. NAICS Code is 233320 and Size Standard is 27.5 Million.
