Description

The project consists of furnishing all materials and labor to build restrooms and locker rooms within the walls of an existing gymnasium. Work shall be accomplished IAW the Performance Work Statement (PWS) and Engineering Drawings. This contract shall be firm fixed priced. The work shall be accomplished at DFAS, Dayton OH. All interested contractors are to visit the site (date to be determined later) to inspect the existing structure and to familiarize themselves with the proposed project scope. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 23310 with a small business size of $17 million. Magnitude of the construction is $25,000 -- $100,000.
