Description

The St. Louis Housing Authority (SLHA) is soliciting Sealed Bids for the Renovation to Badenhaus Elderly Apartments located at 8450 Gast Place, St. Louis, MO. Solicitation documents will be available for pick up in the SLHA's Central Office, Procurement Section, 4100 Lindell Blvd., St. Louis, MO 63108 starting at 2:00 p.m. (local time) Monday, July 9, 2001. For a $140.00 non-refundable fee payable by certified check or money order, made payable to the St. Louis Housing Authority. A Pre-Bid Conference and site tour is scheduled for Thursday, July 19, 2001 at 10:00 a.m. (local time) at the SLHA's Central Offices. Additional site tours are scheduled for each Thursday thru August 2, 2001 at 10:00 a.m. (local time). All interested bidders must contact Frank Roth -- Senior Inspector at (314)286-4393 to schedule participation in site visits. The SLHA will receive sealed bids for this project until; Deadline: 2:00 p.m. (CST), Wednesday, August 8, 2001, at the SLHA Procurement Section, Third Floor, 4100 Lindell Blvd., St. Louis, MO 63108.
