Description

The project consists of the renovation of apprx. 23,000 s.f. of vacant space on the 5th floor. The majority of the floor has already been demolished. Some demolition is still required, mostly mechanical items. The renovation will not be for a specific tenant but will be generic in nature. The project will include architectural, mechanical, electrical and lifesafety system improvements. Specific elements in the project include but are not limited to: new men's and women's public restrooms, new public elevator lobby, new freight elevator lobby, new raised flooring system throughout the floor for cable and wire distribution, new automatic sprinkler system, extension of Simplex fire alarm system, and new building standard ceiling and lighting system. HVAC system improvements include installation of government furnished air-handler, new distribution ductwork and VAV boxes, extension of building standard DDC control system, and extension of hot water heating system to serve perimeter fan-powered VAV boxes. NAICS 233320. Estimated cost range between $500,000 and $1million. This is NOT a sealed bid and is open to all. All responsible sources may submit an offer for consideration.
