Description

Proposals are solicited for the construction of lateral sewer lines to connect 12 existing Forest Service buildings to the City of Sisters sewer line. Project also includes the removal of the existing septic tanks and 3 lift stations. Work is expected to begin on or about September 18, 2001 and must be completed within 90 calendar days. Estimated Price Range: Between $100,000 and $250,000. 20 percent bid guarantee, 100 percent performance bond and 100 percent payment bonds will be required. This is a 100% Hubzone Set-aside. Solicitation issue date will be July 26, 2001.*****
