Description

Furnishing labor, equipment, supplies, and materials, to construct a dayuse area with beach access road, parking lots, boat ramp facility, and other appurtenances in Madison County, Montana. The contractor will furnish Site Grading (lump sum), Borrow Material -- loose yard (875 cubic yards), Crushed Aggregate Base Course (725 cubic yards), toilet Building Installation (2 each), Rock Barriers (lump sum), Seeding (.35 acre), Concrete Boat Ramp Facility (lump sum). The contractor will have 50 calendar days to complete project after Notice to Proceed is issued. Awards over $25,000 will require payment protection in the form of an Irrevocable Letter of Credit, Certificate of Deposit or Payment Bond. The proposed award is 100% set aside for small business concerns. Solicitation will be available on July 26, 2001.
