Description

1. Coronado National Forest, Santa Catalina Ranger District, Tucson, Arizona, is soliciting for the design and construction of restroom facilities at four locations in the Santa Catalina Mountains along the Mt. Lemmon (Catalina) Highway. 2. Design work, based on Government furnished conceptual sketches, includes completion of surveys for each site, as well as preparation of construction documents to include site plans, details, and, if needed, supplemental specifications. 3. Construction includes demolition of existing facilities, construction of new facilities to include restrooms, concrete pavement, retaining walls, benches, trash bins, and other site components. 4. Price Range: $250,000 to $500,000. 5. Contract Time: 150 days. 6. Anticipated start work date: after September 1, 2001. 7.
