- Survey. site LMR system upgrade (Our intent is to award this solicitation sole source) The purpose of the site survey is to support the upgrade of the existing 10-channel wideband analog trunked system to a 15-channel narrowband mixed-mode trunked system with eight (8) console positions that will accommodate approximately 1300 users.
