Description

This solicitation is restricted to those targetry base contractors who have commercial/non-developmental target training systems/items fielded on U.S. Army training ranges worldwide. It will result in multiple non-competitive awards, one to each covered targetry base contractor, of ten-year requirements type contracts for the acquisition of proprietary spare and repair parts for their fielded commercial/NDI targetry systems/items. Contractors currently covered under this solicitation: Action Target Inc, Box 636, Provo, UT 84603-0636; Advanced Training Systems, 4524 Highway 61 North, Saint Paul MN 55110; ATA Defense Industries Inc, 7483 Candlewood Road, Suite E, Hanover, MD 21076; Cartwright Electronics, 655 West Valencia Drive, Fullerton, CA 92832-2104; Caswell International Corporation, 1221 Marshall Street NE, Minneapolis, MN 55413-10555; Lockheed Martin Information Systems, 4000 South Memorial Parkway, Huntsville, AL 35802-1326; SIUS Target Systems USA Inc, 3023 McNaughton Road, Suite I, Columbia, SC 29223; and The Target Systems Inc, 706 SW 5th ST, Trenton, Fl. 32693. In addition, the approved authority for this solicitation covers non-competitive awards for proprietary spare and repair parts support to any additional targetry base contractors who win competitive awards for commercial/NDI targetry systems/items under the concurrent Army Targetry System solicitation DAAE20-01-R-0083 or who may already have commercial/NDI targetry systems/items fielded on U.S. Army bases under contracts awarded by other than TACOM-Rock Island. The contracts awarded under this solicitation will be catalog-style contracts, prepared in specified electronic format, for the population of the Spare Parts Automated REquisition System (SPARES) web-site.
