Description

The Air Force is contemplating issuing a full and open=20 competition, follow-on contract for sustainment (contractor logistics support) of the Civil Reserve Air Fleet Aeromedical Evacuation Shipsets (CRAF AESS). We are currently in the fourth year of a five-year contract with Raytheon E-Systems, Greenville Division, of Greenville, TX. The current contract will expire on 30 Sep 02, but can be extended up to 6 months, if necessary. Raytheon E-Systems is the developer, manufacturer, and maintainer of the CRAF AESS. We likely will exercise the option for the fifth year. A follow-on contract would be a basic year plus four one-year options. =20
