Description

US Army CECOM is soliciting proposals in support of the Common Ground Station(CGS)/ Joint Service Workstation(JSWS). Work will be in the areas of Materiel Fielding and New Equipment Training Support (Including Pre-Fielding Support), Depot Level Maintenance and Repair Services, Contractor Asset Visibility (CAV II), Spares, Contractor Field Service Representatives, Configuration Management Support, Sustaining Engineering, Multi-Service Support, and Government Furnished Property Transfer/Storage. Support services would cover fielded (CONUS and OCONUS) and non-fielded (i.e. demonstrations/special projections/exercises) systems, training devices and ancillary equipment. The anticipated contract vehicle will be a base year effort with 4 option service years. The CGS/JSWS was produced against a performance based specification and consists of a significant amount of Commercial Off the Shelf (COTS) items, some of the COTS items have been modified at the direction of the manufacturing contractor. The Government does not have all the data on the modifications nor a build-to-print procurement technical data package and does not plan to procure one for this effort.
