Description

The Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division, Point Mugu, CA 93042-5001 is soliciting proposals on a full and open competitive basis from qualified organizations for the purpose of informing, instructing and training Department of the Navy personnel in the installation, operation and maintenance of the Common Automatic Test Equipment (CATE) Program and associated support equipment. This effort may be at a single or multiple location. The period of performance will commence approximately 01 October 2001 through 30 September 2002, Option Year 1 from 1 October 2002 through 30 September 2003, Option Year 2 from 1 October 2003 through 30 September 2004. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer, conforming to the solicitation, will be most advantageous to the Government, cost or price and other factors specified elsewhere in the solicitation, considered. This solicitation is being issued unrestricted and is being classified under NAICS Code 541330 (SIC 8711) ($20.0M). Phone and fax request for the solicitation will not be accepted.
