Description

The work includes, but is not limited to janitorial services for Marine Corps Base, Camp Pendleton, California and Naval Ordinance Center, Fallbrook, California, by means of a Firm Fixed Price contract. The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, supervision, and supplies as indicated to provide janitorial services. Janitorial service applies to all designated spaces including but not limited to, halls, restrooms, office space, dental clinics, break/coffee rooms, kitchens, work areas, lobbies, entranceways, outside designated smoking areas, stairways and storage areas. S.I.C. Code: 7349, NAICS Code: 561720, "Janitorial Service", and the small business size standard is $12 Million. Contract term is for a period of approximately 4 months. The deadline for receipt of quotes is tentatively scheduled for 2:00 p.m., LOCAL TIME, August 6, 2001. Award is restricted to small businesses. In accordance with FAR 5.102(a)(7), availability of this solicitation will be limited to the electronic medium. This solicitation will be available for viewing and downloading, free of charge, via http://esol.navfac.navy.mil. The official plan holder's list will be maintained on, and may be printed from, this website. All prospective offerors and plan rooms are required to register as plan holders on this website. Hard copies (paper sets) or CD-ROM of this solicitation or the plan holder's list will NOT be provided by the Government. All contractual and technical questions must be submitted in writing and may be faxed to (760) 725-3222. No telephone or e-mail questions will be accepted. Notification of any postponements and any amendments to this solicitation will only be posted on this website.
